The 15th annual Monarch Leadership Conference brought together over 200 attendees, including representatives from Zimmer Biomet, John Deere, Crowe LLP, Caterpillar, and Northwestern Mutual. KIMBERLY UNDERHILL
Kim Underhill has fulfilled various professional roles on multiple continents throughout her highly successful career. She has served as an engineer, brand manager, operations manager, marketing director and international executive. Most of these roles were filled during her 28-year career with Kimberly-Clark Professional. Her career goals have always been to enjoy purposeful work while giving back.
